It was very reasonable. It has been working really well since then. They were timely. I didn't have to wait a long time for them. They disclosed it as they possibly could. They were very courteous.

They were good, they were quick. I don't usually use them though because they changed ownership.

I don't have any complaints about them. They've done a good job for me. I'm been using their service for twenty five years now. I have a contract with them. They come out twice a year and check it. They are on time and I have never had any complaints about their work. In fact one time they found a situation when I was in the ninth year of a ten year warranty so they replaced it with just the labor charge. I don't remember what they replaced because it's been fifteen years ago. They last came out in spring. They are reliable and provide good service.
