Interior Painting
I had used their top quantity paint to the interior and exterior of an 8000 square foot home and it did not stand up to their guarantee (which I believe is life time). When I called them they were unresponsive. I requested to have a rep come out to my house to look at it. I had to call their regional/district manager and he said he would send someone out but I got another call from him saying he needed to do some research. I had all of my receipts but they said they couldn't’t find any record of it in their system. I asked them to just come out and they said they would be out at the end of the week to take a look but no one ever showed. I had to go to the store again to have them contact this manager again. I needed them to come take a look at it before I had it repaired/repainted. I’ve gotten no definitive response and I just keep getting blown off.
