Terrific experience. I'd recommend to anyone who likes to work with professionals. I'll use again and again!!

Our experience was all right. It wasn’t bad. We had some glitches in billing. It had a charge which took me about three weeks to get them to take it off. It was creating a problem for us. We paid $2000. The price wasn’t the greatest but we think $2000 for the mileage and what gas costs nowadays the price seemed reasonable. They did what they said they were going to do. They were punctual. We had a driveway in Tennessee that went down about fifteen feet and then made a right turn. When they came in with the truck it actually got stuck. It just finished raining about a day before and the ground was still soft. In Tennessee, they have clay and it is awful soil. Everything came in intact. It was good. They were careful in taking care of our stuff but they didn’t fill up properly. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

My mother passed away fairly suddenly and we had to get her house on the market quickly, so in order to clear out the house and stage it for showing, we chose the Pod method so that we would not be trying to find a truck and running back and forth to a land locked facility. Her house sold soon thereafter, and we packed up her furniture and belongings in the pod and stored it until we had time to calmly go through the items and have an estate sale. It was a difficult time for my sister and I but the Pod people made it so easy, were always professional, secure, and totally accomodating. I highly recommend them. Just know, however, you cannot gain immediate accessibility to your unit. You must make an advance appointment.

The receptionist was very professional and he told me he could have a PODS unit delivered the next day. He asked me several questions to be sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it. The unit was at my house the next day when I got home from work, and it was placed exactly as I requested. I called and extended my contract with them several times. When I called to have the unit picked up, the gentleman did not charge me a pick up fee although I think he was supposed to. The unit itself was very clean and smelled fresh. It provided great temporary storage at a very convenient location (my home) and at a reasonable price.
