PM Alarms Security Solutions

Was a 20 year customer. Asked them to review system. Turns out it was not working and I had been paying monthly fees. Asked for quote on new system. No response, Called and told agen out soick, No response, asked to speak to manager was pushed off, no response .Asked tot talk to owner, he finally called and said it would be taken care of by his manager. Got quote and asked for appointment to finalize, no response. I give up poor product, poorer service. Un secure security should be the name.

I would highly recommend PM Alarms. They are just local service providers. Some people think it doesn't make any different, but it does. Because if your alarm system gets screwed up in the middle of the night, some service providers are not going to come out and fix it. PM Alarms, being local, will. I find their price to be competitive with other alarm companies.

They are real quick to call you back if the alarm goes off. They are a real good company. I have never had any of them be rude with me. If something happens to the alarms they work with you over the phone trying to get it set up before they send someone out. This is the only alarm company we have had.
