"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], First off, I would like to thank you for your review. These reviews are so important for us and our customers. They help us grow as a company and help our customers know that we work very hard for them. In regards to your packing fee, this is for the materials that we left with your piano. The board that your piano was left sitting on runs me at cost $175, the pads run $20 each, and the straps are $25 each. Unfortunately, we do not rent out our equipment. This is why we have to charge something when we leave our materials. However, if you are done with the materials, we would be happy to purchase the materials back from you for the $300 you purchased them from us at. If you would like to speak with me regarding this, or anything else that I may help you with, please do not hesitate to contact me directly."

It went very well. There was no charge as that was part of agreement that I had with them piano for consignment. I was impressively impressed that they were able to move the huge piano. They were polite. They told me what they were doing.

Absolutely tops! Communication with owner Tim Skeen and his crew was outstanding. They are very knowledgeable about moving pianos, and handled our cherished instrument safely and at a very reasonable cost. I could not have done this move for this price. By the time I rented the equipment and the labor, I'd have spent $200 more and a full day of my time and effort.
They know their stuff, delivered it without a scratch, and made sure everything went well. The total round trip for them was about 350 miles. I'll use them again, and recommend them to you.

The whole experience went very well. I called their number and talked to Tim to get everything set up. After a few questions about the size of the piano, etc, he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. The guys arrived within the window of time that Tim had given me, and they had the job done in no time. They were very professional. I am very pleased that we used them instead of going with a regular moving company to move the piano. These guys know what they are doing, and they are extremely careful. And the cost was also very reasonable.

They did an awesome job. Everyone was very nice from the gentleman that I made the appointment with to the guys on the truck that did the pickup and delivery. The guys on the truck went the extra mile. Too bad more companies don't have that kind of customer service anymore.

This company was very professional in all aspects. I e-mailed through Angie's List about a move
of my spinet piano from my parents' house in Athens, TN to
Knoxville, TN. Because it wasn't time sensitive, I was given a discount
rate since they could pick up the piano on a trip to Knoxville (from
Chattanooga) they already had scheduled. The piano arrived with no
issues. I would definitely recommend this company with no hesitation.
