It went well, they did the good job on the Termite and also Pest control, they will come and check make sure that customer satisfactory. They will 100% take care of it.

They were the only ones who came out and were prompt. They called me back.

The inspection supervisor wanted to have me not only treat for termites, but wanted to spray the entire crawl space for wood eating fungus that had occurred due to moisture. He insisted that I wrap the entire crawl space with the thick plastic wrapping and seal all vents. The cost was enormous, so I decided to just treat for termites at this time. He reluctantly agreed and re-wrote our contract for just termite services.
The treatment team was very punctual, courteous, and professional. The Orkin branch manager inspected their work and insisted on additional treatment in the garage where the termite swarm occurred the following day. I feel confident that the treatment indeed would stop my termite problems. They dug a trench around the entire foundations and treated using 300 gallons of product. They treated under the house, in the garage, and some interior walls next to where the swarm was located. I am fully satisfied that their work was top-notch and that I won't have to worry about termites any more. No smell or problems for my pets. Next year if any follow-up treatments are required, it will be for a smaller annual fee that is very reasonable.

Hopefully any insect and mice problems will be under control. But, I am not fond of the squirrels. Although Orkin may have wisely analyzed my needs and given me the best alternative, I am not yet convinced that I need to pay $5000 to get the squirrels out for good.

After initial inspection, work on sealing up crawl space and setting dehumidifier started the next week. Joe and his team, where knowledgeable and professional. Joe, even recommended that I not pay when work was done, he recommended payment up to 90 days later, just so if anything went wrong, we would not feel like "a hit and run victim".

They did a real job and were very professional. Also thougth the price was decent. When I had to cancel the contract with them there was no hassle.

I began with Orkin when I bought my house in 2006. My house is pest free so their service works. I've had only one less than professional experience with Orkin and that was the individual, not Orkin and that individual either quit or was fired rather quickly. I will say that when I first started, I knew the date and time the Orkin man would show up. Now I know he's coming when he calls to tell me that he's coming and he gives me a window of hours when he'll show up.But they always do contact me. So I really have no Dos and Don'ts.

I have had very good experience with them in this area. They are professional and prompt and fair and affordable with their pricing. I think they charge $90 a month. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
