I used O'Rear for several years to mow my lawn. They did not bill me for the first year, despite my attempts to contact them and request an invoice. I happened to be home one day when they came and had to ask to be billed. Their response was that they'd just been too busy to do the billing. I continued to use them anyway until they simply stopped coming and my lawn became overgrown. I switched to Davis Lawn Care.
