Supervision by owner of company of his workers was poor.  I told the tile person that I did not want white grout, but he put white grout anyway.  He  only removed the surface of the grout and then applied darker grout over the previously applied white grout. 
The plaster workers scraped off all the popcorn from all ceilings to re-surface the ceilings.  I told the supervisor that I wanted them to put screws in the sheetrock before resurfacing them.  Other buildings in this area had small nails in the sheetrock and several ceilings had collapsed. The supervisor said: "O.K.", but the plaster people started re-surfacing the ceilings without placing screws.  I made them scrape off the newly re-surfaced ceilings, put screws in place, the start the re-surfacing from the beginning.
