First couple meetings went great. We were planning on going to Italy, and they were wanting to do everything at that time. When we got back, the designer met with us. We realized that there were mistakes, especially with the dimensions. We had to put some furniture on hold because we didn't think it would fit. We were stuck with the $800 lights because they wouldn't cancel it. Jimmy Adams, the owner had an assistant named Catherine, and she did most of the work and rushed through it and didn't know what she was doing. When I went to pick up the lights from Jimmy, I was speaking with another customer that I knew, and he was making faces toward me behind my back. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me to never come back. He was awful.
