Description of Work: I actually used the Murmaid on Market Ave in North Chat. Wes was helpful, seemed honest, and the delivery was timely and easy. Bed is comfortable too, the most important part. We're only a month in, so no report on the longevity, but for the money, it seems a good deal so far.

 + -1 moreThis is the fifth mattress set I've purchased from Murmaid over the past 15 years. The quality of the merchandise is great for the price. However there was a mix-up in delivery. The mattress set was to be delivered 3/25/2010, the second day after the sale. However it did not show up and no one bothered to call. We were told it was scheduled to be delivered a week later, on 4/1/2010. It was delivered on Friday, 3/26/2010 after I advised the sales clerk unless it could be delivered on 3/26 to just go ahead and cancel the sale.
Description of Work: Purchased new mattress & box springs set.

 + -1 moreThe salesperson was extremely helpful without being judgemental or "pushy". We found the quality to be as good or better than the "big name brands" and the big box stores. The 20 year guarantee for material failure or 'sagging' at no extra cost was a surprise. When the salesperson realized that she was out of stock on the box springs at that location she gave us a discount for making a pickup at another location (down the street on Lee Hwy as well). The box spring was already outside the store and the sales person at that location was standing by ready to help load it. Excellent customer service!
