Mountain View Nissan Supercenter is pretty helpful. There was no high pressure place and they let me make my decision. They have a huge selection.

I was very impressed with their service department. My car is 17 years old and they didn't pressure me to do a lot of repairs to the vehicle. The pedal for the cruise control wasn't working; they made a good effort to fix it, and discovered that there were two parts needed to fix because of how old my car is (one part is usually only needed). They made the attempt to fix it that way but it didn't work. I didn't want to put more money into the repair work as the car is old and the quick fix wasn't what was wrong with it. They were really very good and understood I didn't want to go on with additional work considering the circumstances.

I have purchased three cars from this dealership and part of the reason for that is the service. I don't like to search for a mechanic that may or may not be using Nissan parts and may or may not be charging me appropriately - I really just prefer to stick to the dealer for service. I know it's probably more expensive overall, but I don't experience issues with my cars this way either. It's just my preference. Mtn View Nissan has always provided great service. I feel as though I get straight answers and good information at this shop. I trust Charlie, the service manager, and his staff to take care of my car with a reasonable turnaround and cost. Shortly after the last visit, I returned to trade in my Altima for a new Pathfinder and I plan to use their service center for this vehicle as well.

I busted a tire on a curb late on Tuesday afternoon. Didn't know who to call. Called my Nissan dealer. Even though they don't normally perform roadside service, they came and put the "donut" on for me. I followed to the dealer had a new tire and was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding customer service.

Sales dept was very professional. We sat down and was wondering what I was looking for in a car and they gave me samples of what I want. The car sells itself. They let the car sell itself. I was pleased with the friendly relations during the sales period. I had a past credit problem and they worked with me to finance the car at a reasonable rate. I live around several small towns and they deal with local banks and thats it. This was not the case and they went out of their way to help me get what I wanted. The service dept is very dependable and they get their work done efficiently. They do not waste time getting to the problem. It is just cheaper to go to Nissan to have my problems looked at, rather than going to the large car repair facilities. Their service has been great, they bend over backwards for you. They removed a tag and ripped the wiring for the rear defroster. They did not just fix the defroster but they also replaced the entire window for free. These mechanics know what they're doing. I drive to Chattanooga just to have the car looked at. When you buy a car, they give you a coupon book for their services on the automobile you just bought. This is unique to other dealers. Everytime you get your car serviced, the manager calls you the next day and they want to know how their service is. If you have complaints, they will address the issue. They are very consumer oriented.
