Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Ellijay

Horrible! They insisted the issue required my main water line to be replaced and hot water tank to be replaced at a cost of $4k! Doing all of that did NOT fix the issue as they guaranteed it would. What DID fix it was unhooking the hose from the faucet and tapping the sediment out of it! Did not clean up anything after they were done, took the old water heater WITHOUT my permission, and set the water pressure so low that I cannot even clean my pool now!! Currently pursuing legal action and have stopped payment on these thieves and liars! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I actually loved them. They are very professional. They answered my call immediately. They sent a trained professional within the hour. The other time that I had called them, he didn't charge me because it was just an estimate. So they always make sure that they do the estimate first before they ask us would you like to pay for it. I appreciate that from a business.

We had seen an Ad for Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Ellijay. In the Ad they showed the service tech wearing shoe protectors but when they showed up they was wearing dirty shoes and tracked up the house. We  had some odor coming from the commode and was told we needed a new seal then after taken it apart they tell us that a part was broken so the Price doubled. We was told $200.00 at first then paid $400.00.
