We just moved into a new house and I wanted the cabinets scrubbed. They basically walked around with spray bottles squirting stuff. I constantly had to look and tell them it was still dirty. I felt bad to have to keep going back to keep checking up on them but didn't really want to pay that much to have them sweep my floors and use spray bottles. Did any one ever hear of soap and water to clean out cabinets? Not impressed at all. I must say though the girls were very nice and sweet, but this service just didn't live up to my expectations for $120

They show up when scheduled, professional, they are good about responding to request, and accommodating. I work from home and they do a good job of working around me and being respectful.

I used this service for housecleaning every 2 weeks for several months. Same as most other cleaning companies. Ok job for the first couple cleans, but spotty and sloppy work (and less time spent) thereafter. I always speak to the manager at least twice before firing a service to tell them my complaints and give them a chance to improve. The cleaning after a complaint is always better, but after that it is back to sloppy as usual. I just fired them a week ago, and had a manager come to the house to see what a horrible job was done and why I was canceling my service. Surfaces not wiped, floors not vacuumed, trash not emptied, shower door not cleaned, kitchen floor not mopped. Honestly, the only way I could tell anyone had been there was because they folded the corners of the toilet paper. The manager was very nice and apologized and offered a re-clean, but this was my 3rd complaint, and seeing how horrible this last clean was, I said I didn't want them back.

They do a pretty good job. Sometimes they do forget a few things. There are usually two cleaners here and they are able to come by when we are not there. It is nice to come home to a clean house.  If I have to call and change dates or add a service, the office staff and Tameka are very accommodating. We had a contractor here that recommended Molly Maids and even paid for our first visit.

I have a 4 bedroom home and Only required them to clean 2 of the bedrooms as one is used for my office. I mainley wanted the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. And  that wasn't done very well as I could damp mop after they left and my mop came away dirty

We use them twice monthly because our home is so large. They've always done a great job, even going the extra mile when problems would come up; i.e. needing them on a special day when they are not scheduled to clean, or having to cancel the day before because we would be out of town. Although we've had different cleaners come, they've always been friendly, professional, and hard working. If we ever had an issue or question, they were quick to resolve it. Would recommend them to anyone!

We like them and we think they are competitive. We are satisfied with them. They are always on time and we never had any problems.

They said they would be there at a certain time, and they would either come early or  hours later.  I work from my home, but they were speaking very loudly, yelling across the house .  I didn’t feel that they were very professional.  I tried to call and I couldn’t get a call returned to me.

They charge $90 per service.  Their price is average to high.  Their performance is extremely variable.  The staff’s friendliness, professionalism, and trustworthiness are extremely variable.  The main thing is depending on which team shows up they either deliver what is promised for or sometimes way under deliver.  They have different teams that come.  Since I have requested them now, certain teams come out and do a very good job most of the time.  Some other teams don’t do such good work.  They try to send the good teams.  It works most of the time, but sometimes there is a random change with the teams.

I hired this company to clean, hoping for good work that would be ongoing.  What I got was very disappointing.  Two women arrived on time to clean, one was friendly and talkative, the other was not.  They brought in their supplies and got to work, and I mostly stayed out of their way.  They seemed to linger in the master bath and bedroom rather longer than I was comfortable with, so I did check on them from time to time.  They banged up the walls in several places while vacuuming with the ridiculous shoulder-carried vacuum they used, and were less than thorough in dusting, not even touching some of the shutters on the windows.  The kitchen was "mopped" with a Swiffer, and they never moved the breakfast table or chairs, just went around them.  I am sure of this, because there were bits of crumbs and such left behind, so they didn't sweep or vacuum there either.  But the worst thing was that one of them used a bathroom towel bar as a hand-hold, and tore it off the wall, leaving a large hole and ripping the sheetrock.  I was furious and contacted the owner of the company.  She said she would have a repair done, and sent out a repair man to do it.  He came a few days later, and said he didn't have the tools he needed to fix it that day, so all he did was look at it and leave.  I called again, and told them I would rather just hire the repair myself, if they would refund what I had paid for cleaning.  They did send a check, and I hired a professional to make the repair.  I would not recommend these people to clean a garage. 

The first cleaning did cost extra... billed as a "deep clean".  It seemed that the first job was very well done and probably worth the extra cost.  For each visit they provide two or three maids who clean the entire house.  I did have to negotiate some to get closer to what I thought was a fair price, which is why I rated them a B on price.

They are very professional and do an excellent job.  When I come home, my house is clean and fresh smelling.  Mirrors and glass are all cleaned and streak-free and the toilets are sanitized.  They take all the trash and remove it from my home. Vacuum all areas and clean everything.  They use leather cleaner on my leather furniture.  I was present during one cleaning where I saw one woman cleaning the base of my chairs!  They will even make up my bed if I strip the bed and leave clean sheets out for them.  It's a really nice touch to get the "thank you" note from the maids servicing my home.

They will also respect your privacy.  If you leave the door to a room or closet closed, they will not enter that room or closet.  I think choosing Molly Maid of Chattanooga is one of the best things I've ever done.  I am very happy with their service.

They do a good job. I would recommend them to others. In the beginning I had some problem but they are okay and do a good job. I would rate them high overall. Their price is little bit high. The quality of work is excellent. I would continue to use them in the future.

We are very dissatisfied and we will NEVER use them again.

CREW: the initial visit had three workers; two were very pleasant while one seemed aggitated. The 2nd visit had two workers; one was pleasant while the previously aggitated one was both aggitated and somewhat rude. THE WORK RESULTS: Workers rushed like crazy and neglected some of the detailed cleaning we had specifically mentioned we wanted (and were assured we would get), including most of our wooden shutters, window sills, bottoms around toilets, and edges of our wood flooring. All cabinets were supposed to be wiped clean and were neglected in our utility room and half bath. ((( Initial visit cost $280 ))) The 2nd visit was even worse. In our master suite, the bedroom was vacuumed and the toilet cleaned ... but nothing else was done -- not even the floors in the bathroom, water closet, or closet. The granite counter tops were also still dusty/dirty. At this point, I went around the house to see if that was all that was neglected -- it wasn't. Our office had not been vacuumed (there were dust bunnies under a desk and chair, the utility room had not even been touched, none of our upholsteried furniture had been vacuumed, and there were still spill drips on the wood flooring throughout the house. I had already paid for this 2nd appointment, so it was too late to demand the workers come right back. ((( This appt cost $125 ))) I was picking up relatives from the airport and had wanted the house clean, so I frantically cleaned everything I could in the time I had left. On my way to the airport, I called Molly Maid's office and spoke with Lacey(?). She told me she could get the crew to come back the next day, and I explained I had already cleaned what they did not. I also let her know I would not be using this company again. She said she understood my disappointment; however, she never offered to refund any of the money or anything. I would not recommend this company regardless. We do not mind paying for what we get, and we expect to get what we asked and paid for, which we did not. It's been three days, and I have not heard anything from the owner/president who actually came to our home to give us the estimate. We are extremely disappointed in the work and the company's reaction to our feedback. It's as if they do not care.

I was preparing my home for selling. The owner promptly came by and wrote down everything I requested be done. I asked for "deep cleaning"...those things I'm unable to do myself. this was to include washing baseboards, walls, doors, etc. Also, I asked that wood floors be cleaned, ceiling fans dusted, picture frames dusted, cleaning good those areas difficult to reach. When I specified "clean", I assumed it would involve soap and water. A team of two came in the morning and I left for work. All day, I looked forward to coming back to a spotless home...one that smelled clean when I opened the door. What a disappointment! Very few items on the list were done well! It appeared they only used dry tools to clean with. Often, if the sides of a picture frame was dusted, the top would not be touched! The baseboards appeared lightly dusted, but there would be dirt in corners! I was disappointed to the extent that I emailed the owner that evening. She called me back the very next morning and the following day another owner came back with the same crew to go over my needs again. I had to miss a couple hours of work to accomodate their schedule. I detailed those items not done...pointing out places that were never touched. I then left again expecting a big difference that night! There was a slight improvement in the things I pointed out, but certainly far from what I would expect. I sent them the check for $175 and considered it a costly lesson learned. I don't believe my standards are especially high, but would expect someone getting paid to at least clean my house as well as I would myself! I was expecting better. Will never use a service again...will look for an individual the next time!

Called for an estimate to clean @ 1800 sq ft. on a Wednesday. Lady came out the next day (Thursday) and I was given a low & high estimate of cost on the amount of time needed. Two ladies came the next day (Friday) & cleaned and I was charged the lower price. Seemed to do a good job, only wished they would have done a couple of other little things; but all-in-all, a good job.

After a few months I canceled ... they seemed to me to get - in a hurry.

They are mediocre but I would use them again. They are not as detailed as you might like. They are very responsive and they follow-up with me. They are good to work with. They don't tell you exactly when they are coming; they give you a range. They are very professional.

I had called for an estimate some time ago and put off actually using them because of the cost. However, in retrospect, it was worth every penny for the job they did. The first cleaning is the most expensive because of the deep cleaning they do, but the cost drops off after that. I am now going to use them on a monthly basis.

I scheduled a free estimate on Monday when I heard that my in-laws were coming to visit our new home. It was not cleaned sufficiently by the previous owners and needed attention. I saw Molly Maid in the newspaper and was impressed by their commitment to natural cleaning products. The estimate was higher than I was accustomed to in other cities, however time was of the essence. They said they could schedule me the next Monday (which was the day the in-laws were to arrive), but would try to fit me in sooner if possible. They were able to fit me in on Wednesday, just two days later. I was ecstatic! As the house needed overall attention they send three ladies who got right to work and stayed on task. The work was completed quickly and they spent very little time on chatter. The house looks amazing. The only thing they did not do was windows. However I found an amazing window cleaner and have submitted a report on him.
