Both repairs went great, the technician didn't take long to diagnose the problems and he used new factory parts for the repairs. After finding the problems he showed us the bad parts before and after he took them off and he opened the new parts and installed them in front of us all while explaining everything to us. (just like a doctor washing his hand and/or putting on new gloves). Our washer is as quiet as a mouse & the dryer is nice and toasty. I trust this company and I give them two ????!!?
