They did a great job and what I really like is that Scott Remmel is the one who has done the work; he is my contact person.  He comes out to the house and measures; he is very good about it.  They have their standard sized windows and then of course they will make anything custom that you want.  He is very good about sharing with me.  He says that he is willing to add a little filler here and so, I can save a lot of money by getting a standard size.  He is just very helpful in design and figuring out.  I have an old house and there are a lot of very odd sized openings.  He is very helpful and understands that I want to keep the integrity of my old house, so I buy wood windows and I want them to match the old ones that are already here.  They have been very good in helping me achieve that and then this last time, I didn’t have their installers.  I just bought the windows from them and have someone else install them, but when they have installed them for me on previous occasions, they have done an excellent job with that also.
