Luke's Heat & Air

I have called on  Luke in the past few years for our heating and cooling needs.  He has always been very responsive, knowledgable, honest and reasonable.  I have no doubt I will call upon him again.  He has worked on our air and heat systems.  In the summer, we had a freeze up which he resolved quickly and advised how to prevent it from occurring again in the future.  He has also worked on our heat system which required a small part to replace.  No bad experience here at all.

A renter called saying they switched the heat pump from heat to cool and it did not cool but was heating fine before turning it off.  I called Luke's Heat & Air and asked them to check it out since I was out of town.  They did, found the problem, charged me their time as no materials were involved and the renter was happy.....a perfect service call.

Called Luke to check on a no-cool complaint at a rental unit.  Luke was there the following day, performed the service resulting in the renter calling back and thanking me for the quick response.  Could not have gone better - I use Luke for all my A/C service problems.

Came by the house while we were gone, replaced a blown run capacitor, charged $115 for the labor, trip and part and had the house cool by the time we were back. Excellent!

Had an emergency heat call on a rental house, called Luke and he stopped by the house on his way home from his last appointment of the day and stayed there until he fixed the problem. The tenant was very pleased and commented on his knowledge and professionalism. The charge was very reasonable.
