I used them one time. The service was adequate, the price was pretty high. I might use them again, but I would look for someone cheaper first. It was three people that performed the service. They did a good job picking up the stuff and hauling it away.

Fred Friday' contacted me the day before to get an idea of how much stuff I had to pick up. His guys came out earlier than requested (after phoning me to see if that was okay as they were running ahead of schedule). They quoted half a truck and got to work. They were efficient and finished in under an hour's time. They were both very personable and they made me feel very comfortable. They recycle many of the things they pick-up, so
There's three things I look for when hiring a contractor, 1) punctuality, 2) personality and 3) communication. Price isn't as much of a factor if you meet the other requirements (for me), but they also were at a very reasonable price for the work. Junk King hit all three on the nose and I couldn't ask for more. We will definitely call them again if needed.

Overall good experience. Everyone i spoke with, including the movers were nice and polite. They moved the items from my house very quickly with no damages or anything. My only issue is the website price quotes. When I went to their website for a quote, it said it would cost me around 129.00 to have a couch, love seat, coffee table and 1 end table to be hauled away but when they arrived they said it would cost $160.00 just for the couch and love seat, and not any of the tables. I highly recommend taking advantage of the free price estimate they offer where they come out to your home first, and not the website. Other than the pricing issue, everything went great. They arrived when they said they would and removed everything quickly and where polite and professional.

Outstanding service experience from start to finish. Quick scheduling. Crew was actually early and arrived when I wasn't home. They promptly called, offered me an estimate and were happy to get started without me being around. I arrived as they were finishing up. The crew was two young men who were extremely polite and professional. They insisted that I make sure the job was done to my satisfaction before they would collect payment. They gave me a good rate and I couldn't be more happy with the overall interaction with this company. Will most certainly call them first with any future needs they can assist with!
