From the initial call to the job completion Jason and his assistant were very courteous and professional. They called the day of the set appointment to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they started to work immediately. When they were through Jason and his assistant showed me the work performed and made sure there were no nails or roofing material left on the roof or in my yard. I will highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Best roofing company I have ever dealt with.

Jason and his crew did an excellent job. He was always very prompt returning my phone calls. This was a three day project and they did an excellent job of cleaning up each day. When there was a delay in them getting started, Jason offered to upgrade the type of roof we used at no additional charge. He also worked well with my insurance adjuster and knew just what the insurance company needed. We couldn't be happier and we have a beautiful new roof.

When I called and told the receptionist that I had a small roof repair job I was told that that was not a problem. Jason stays busy so it was the next day before he was able to get through all his phone messages and return my call. However, he came out to the house the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the vent leak within a few minutes. Most service calls now days are anywhere from $35 to $50 just to come out to your house so I was very pleased with the $40 fee. Since the repair we have had a very heavy rain storm and the vent no longer leaks at all. Jason had done some other minor roof repair work for me a few years ago and I was very pleased with his professionalism and honesty.

Jason Helton Construction took just 2.5 days from start to finish and cleaned up every bit of construction debris from the yard around the house. All extra materials were removed and no damage was done to any shrubery.
