Great fitness educators, great equipment and great classes. Always very helpful and you can't beat the price for the benefits you get!

Excellent personalized attention from the beginning. Energetic, knowledgeable staff who provide personal service and attention to all members. Ongoing updating of both the facilities and classes as fitness trends change and equipment advances. Cost remains reasonable as compared to other facilities. I enjoy the "women's only" and "fit camp" features of the gym.
