Outside unit was hit by a forklift? but damage was not disclosed at time of delivery and not noticed until unit was unboxed days later....turned out to be cosmetic. I would suggest close inspection of any equipment delivered. Inside unit did not contain a heat coil which is necessary for the proper operation of a heat pump in this area and the lack of a coil was not mentioned at time of delivery. Take nothing for granted. After several weeks of leaving messages and missed calls, a coil was ordered from another vendor and the unit installed. Months later, another attempt to purchase a unit from this individual resulted in the following email from him: "I beleive we sold you a system (rheem) and afterwards you never returned my calls--in fact I called you (11) times after the fact to check on a heat kit you wanted..? At this point obviously your number is the same and you do get messages---please call someone else as you do not return your calls--I'm busy! Marty" Obviously we have a difference of opinion on the messages left and missed calls that forced me to puchase the heat coil from Tampa, but the email I received (above) was not at all professional. Be careful not to make this person mad.
