It was an excellent experience and the sales experience was no-pressure. Rick Davis was my salesperson and he was just excellent.

I never had a problem with them at all.  Just bring your car in and you have to make an appointment for it and within an hour, it is finish and you can drive away.  It's for oil change and other stuff and the price was reasonable.

I got a quote from the manager on a Friday, my husband called again on Monday and spoke to the Assistant Manager, who gave him the same price. When he took it in, they called later to say that it would cost more because the transmission fluid would be $20 / quart. First of all, you don't replace a transmission without fluid so it stands to reason that it should be included, secondly, they do not purchase transmission fluid off the shelf at the same cost as what the consumer would pay. Then the new transmission is only guaranteed for $12,000 miles or 12 months.

I absolutely love using this dealership to service my car. They are always very friendly and courteous. The last time I had my car serviced my kids were with me and although we was there for a few hours (it was a Saturday and there was a line of people ahead of us) my kids were occupied the whole time. They have a small section just for kids as well as the adult section. They also provide free crackers, apples, hot chocolate, and coffee as well as popcorn on the weekends. I would not recommend any other service over Hunt's. They have always treated me very well and pretty much know me by name when I pull up for service. I did have a few mishaps when I first started going there tho. They offer a free car wash that most people love however I am not one of those. The first 2 times I had my car serviced here they washed it anyways. I complained (yes about a free car wash because I didn't want it) and the manager gave me a free oil change as well as a free hand wash. They are very customer oriented and all about making the customer happy. I had my car a year in June and have been having it serviced at Hunt ever since (which is about ever 6 to 8 weeks because I drive so much) I got it. I will not go anywhere else!

Great! They checked everything and then washed the car and cleaned the inside. Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional.

They're really personable. I'm on a first name basis with the service managers because they're really good about knowing their customers. I've been very pleased with them.
