A fantastic job, I would never hesitate use or recommend Hulico for any future needs. I was so happy 1/2 way through the installation that I contracted for 3 additional doors. Very professional and work was top-notch.

Windows fine but employee stole prescription medication out of medicine cabinet , he had police record for drug abuse! Hullco denied responsibility or wrong doing even though we had a police report. They said we didn't have proof and it was his word against ours. Very impressed with there work and customer service until this happened.

Great. The experience from dealing with the sales personnel to the office staff and finally the installers was stellar. All the Hullco employees were professional, courteous and friendly. The work of installing 11 windows including a very large picture window was completed in ONE DAY. They cleaned up all their debris and carefully cleaned all the replaced windows.

Gary was great. He came out,walked house, gave his schpill and provided quote. We knew if we moved forward we would go with Gary. It was about one month later when we called to schedule. Gary returned with contract, we signed, and paid deposit. We were advised 4-6 weeks for manufacturing. A day or so later we requested a design change on one window. Change order processed and tech returned to measure for new dimensions but also measured attic window (odd we thought but appreciated to verify accuracy. They called almost one month later as windows were manufactured and scheduled install. Subcontractor was awesome! Team of three busted and had all windows installed plus replacing significant damaged wood in only two days (caulk job best I've ever seen!). One small hiccup was with change order in that Hullco rep measured wrong so this window had to be reorder. We called to pay for work completed but Gary said, no, wait until job is 100% complete. Almost 30 days later final window was ready and they scheduled install. Different installer (caulk not as pretty) but window installed and we were very happy. Hullco called same day (7/22/15) to advise we owed an additional $400 for 2nd change order. We did not understand so my husband reached out to Gary for verification. He advised that we had added a window and had verbally accepted an additional charge of $400. We disputed but haven't heard back. Based on wording of "Contract Amendment" form, "...there are no verbal understandings changing or modifying any of the terms....Buyer ...acknowledges...and has received a completed, signed, and dated copy...on the date written below." The alleged "2nd change order" reflected Buyers signature as "*approved via phone" and form was dated 5/21/15. We did not receive a copy of this order until 7/22/15. Windows are wonderful and always quality and professional service received. We are confident a satisfactory resolution for both parties will be achieved.

I contacted them to have estimate done around 4/11/2014. I did not use angie's list was not a member at time. They came out did estimate of work. I was comparing. had lined up 7 vendors to do estimates. It came down to two vendors. I choose Hullco cause I felt they had a superior product also liked they idea they owned part of the window manufacturer. Also that windows are made to their high specifications. Called in May to let them know they had the contract. came out on 5/4/2014 for final measurements. was told would take 4-6 weeks to get windows in. Did not hear from them till I contacted them in the 5th week was around 6/10/2014. was told they were backlogged at factory. They would get back to me on update when to expect the windows. was called with estimate of 6/16/21014. Spoke with numerous management about lack of contact. Brian Brock took to heart my concerns and issues and was also present when they brought the windows to be installed. The lack of contact with updates and followups was the reason for the B in responsiveness. Suggested check list to be followed to improve customer follow up on time lines to keep customer informed. Once the team started to work they were most outstanding. took 4 days to remove and install 17 new windows including a customer made bay window. They did them one at a time so as not to have the house open to the heat any longer than it was needed. then they started on the siding. Which included repairing some wood siding that was dry rotted on the no sun side of the house. took 8 days to totally complete it. Then two days later drain right came out and installed gutters in 4 hours. They all cleaned the work site very well. Had one issue with siding now being sealed to lower roof and has some leakage behind the siding. Responded quickly came back out and resolved the issue promptly. I would recommend them to everyone. They had previously installed a new front door two years prior and matched as closely the shutters to the color of the door. Will be having them replace one or two more exterior doors that will need to be replaced soon. Almost have a new house on the outside. my utility bill was almost 90 dollars lower for the months of july and august over the previous year. new windows and siding made all the difference. In addition the windows were eligible for the TVA rebate for lowering cost. Was done thru my electric company Volunteer Electric. Got a 500 rebate. Hullco completed necessary paperwork for you. You have to have the home inspected before and after installation of windows to get rebate.
