Not good. Brittany will say whatever it takes to get you to go throughbwith something. Then lie about everything. She stole money from me for services. Writes checks then stops the payment right before they go through. Do NOT use this company.

I enjoyed building with Brittany & Braxton at Highpoint Construction. They were able to think outside the box and make our dream come true. They were excellent communicators and had pride in the quality of their build. I never worried about their honesty and felt very comfortable. I love my new home!

One of the most professional organizations with which I have ever worked. I am not in a position at this point to close the deal on the project they presented to me but it was an incredible, detailed set of plans I have ever seen. If I am able to sell my home and build a new place, I would certainly want High Point to do the job. This young couple are fantastic.

We met with our contractor early on and discussed our general plan and they asked us what we wanted in our dream home. They helped us work with an architect to draft the blueprints and let us bring any idea we had to them and they would do their best to deliver on it. Deliver they did! Building a custom home is a long process, but throughout the process we had trust and full transparency on everything happening with our house and any changes, ideas we had were welcomed and encouraged.  Braxton had lots of insights and added ideas (i.e. adding a vaulted ceiling over breakfast nook, tray ceiling with hidden rope lighting in master, expanding bonus rooms to make it a more useable space...it's one of our favorite rooms now in our house, a wall of windows in the master that weren't in the blue prints because the plans assumed the house would be in a subdivision).  This contractor made the entire process of building our dream home a joy from beginning to end!  Braxton and Brittany really do live and do business with integrity (and tons of skill) and we would hire them again in a second!!  We had/have zero issues or complaints.  Hard to believe, maybe, but completely the truth!

My project included the removal of a Fiberglas tub/shower alcove, wall removal, and construction of wheel chair accessible tile shower with no curb. Along with this came new tile flooring, a barn door for privacy,removal of popcorn-style ceiling finish, sheetrock work, and complete painting of walls and trim. The shower needed total re-plumbing and the installation of shower trim including two shower heads. Braxton, with High Point construction, was a pleasure to work with. He came out quickly and gave me a detailed item by item estimate that I found to be fair and reasonable. After I gave the go ahead approval, and then throughout the project, he communicated effectively keeping me updated as to what would be next. During construction, which included some structural changes involving the floor joist that allowed the curb less shower, Braxton demonstrated good knowledge of basic structure design and codes. He was punctual in every phase and always arrived at the time we were expecting him. We are thrilled with the finished product. Not only is it pleasing to the eye, but the universal design is very functional for extending independent living for older folks.

Highpoint Construction LLC was great to work with, his price was way more reasonable then anybody I ever got and he was very good. I am beyond pleased with his work. He was very professional, came back quickly with an estimate and worked with me really well when I was changing my estimates and how I wanted it and he offered me some really excellent strategies to do some expensive things cheaply, like I wanted to use spray foam insulation because I knew it was a lot better but I didn't know how much it would cost. It costs 10 times more than regular insulation but he came up with a way to do it, where he would just spray foam on one level so it seals all the cracks and gives you a lot of the benefits of the spray foam and then he put normal insulation on the roof. He also worked well with me on the flooring and we wanted to put tile floors and then I started thinking about just pouring one big slab and have a concrete finished floor and he worked with me on that and it looks awesome. He ended?up helping me out on digging out a cellar under it and there was some permit issues because it was in a flood zone and we got all those worked out and the concrete slab looks great. He did a great job and was constantly willing to entertain my changes, he did warn me about anything that didn't make sense and it was like working with a friend who was looking out for you. I was very concerned because his price was much lower than the other bigger companies that I had gone to but his job turned out be very good.
