The guy was very patient. He seemed thorough. The guy who came out was good. They were here for two and a half hour. The bill was close to $500 and we were expecting $200. We were not sure why the bill was high. The service seemed fine but the business part was not great. I’m not sure whether I would use them in the future.

Redoing kitchen. Had a no show. Had to have the electrical done before the cabinet people arrive. It was a time disaster. Called Higdon. Had an electrician on site in less than two hours. Stayed with the job until it was completed late the next day. Old house with the kitchen on one circuit it is now on five. Knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. A great experience during a time when hardly anyone else is doing what needs to be done on a timely basis. Could not be happier.
