Juan Jose Hernandez started Hernandez General Services in 2014 with over 25 years of experience under his belt, and HGS has provided quality remodeling services to the Chattanooga tri-state area ever since. As a roofing and renovations contractor company, our mission is to provide quality service and to both uphold and surpass the American standard for roofing and renovations. Hernandez General Services is dedicated to homeowners' peace of mind, and we value customer service above all. "this happened after one year of the project been completed also if one of the door hinges got stuck from not maintaining it lubricated i have no control over hinges also if there was an issue with some water standing we could have fixed it he also wanted to change the door for another door which we agreed to purchase one for them if they pay for it but never agreed to that insted they went with another contractor to help them with those details. by doing that they void any warranties they had left . after one year your warranty expires"
