They built our home 15 years ago. Recently we had been looking around the home and found that the walls outside underneath completely rotted. They also did not flash our windows which has caused the frames to become rotted as well has essentially caused all of this.
I called the builder up to view what is going on and he refused to take responsibility.
Just be aware but he does not back up his work.
