We have used this company twice. Both times we have had them order and bring and replace the bulb in our living room TV. We had to wait a little longer due to the bulb having to be ordered but their service has been fine. They call and let us know when they will be coming and they always arrive promptly and fix the TV in a short amount of time. We will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.
