Regarding a warranty issue: GreenTech built us a quality home! We are very pleased with the home features, the livability and comfort, and the quality of the build. We had a unique warranty situation with architectural features extending beyond CC&R side setback guidelines. GreenTech fully committed to correcting the issue (for which we are very appreciative), and Melinda took on the project with enthusiasm and positivity. Melinda is off the charts with her get-it-done positive attitude, professional demeanor, and her knowledge of how to develop solutions to situations that arise. It is really a great joy for us to have such a personable manager in charge of work on our house, and a great confidence booster for us too, knowing she represents such a great company! Highly recommend building your dream home with Greentech! From start to finish they are the best and not just the beautiful houses they build. Their team as well is all around the best! Kate who helped us with the initial process and she was so sweet and personable, and Sean our project manager was also all around great to work with and helped us with every question we had. From the very beginning we were attracted to the community feel of the neighborhood and the design and selection of the homes. Scott Thompson, the Green Tech agent, was always available to us as we worked through the decision process. He made sure that all agreements were honored, and made sure we knew who to talk to and turn to work questions. The project managers - Wesley Swift and Gus Menendez - were worth us through the first shovel of dirt to even after we'd moved in. The checked in with is twice a week, worth pictures and conversation. At anytime we wanted to walk through the house during the building process, one of them would meet us at the house and be avaliable. We can't speak highly of these there people!! We had an inspector go through the house and he was very impressed with the quality and care of their work. "They obviously cared about this house being done right," he said. He found very little to be concerned about, and no big issues at all! We love our home and have already made friends with several neighbors BEFORE we even moved in!

We built a home with GreenTech and are so happy with it! Kate and Madeline with the sales team were incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Anna with the design team was so kind and has such an eye for beautiful home designs and helped us with all of our customization selections. And then Mike, our project manager was wonderful, very responsive, helpful with all our requests, and has made sure to follow up on the final things that needed to be completed after closing.

Wonderful experience with GreenTech. Wesley, Gus, Anna and Scott were outstanding to work with through the process!
