They were good. It's a small, family owned business. They met me at the house on time. They gave me a good idea about what they might have to possibly do. The communication was well. It was a heavy infestation. I didn't have to call them back. They told me the bugs would keep dying for the next 30 days, and sure enough, they did. I just had one application, which I liked. I didn't have to do a call back on them. They were really good.

They do good work and we have never had a problem. They are always timely and professional and they kill the bugs. They just do good work.
