Selvin Garcia Guardado was quick, prompt and helped me get out of a big jam. I removed the popcorn ceiling which revealed a nightmare of improper tape joints and over muddying of seams. He made Michelangelo proud, he is true artist and a very hard worker. I only had to wait 5 minutes after I put up the SOS on Angie's list. He started to work early and painted, sealed crown molding and fixed the massive imperfections that were hidden under the textured popcorn ceiling. Don't think twice about hiring this man.

Answered the phone quickly every time I called. Never had to talk to a message machine. Was extremely prompt on all times that were set. Nice personality, very polite and cordial and friendly. Tried hard to please. Did a very good job.

I posted the job on Angi list and they responded the same day. They visited the following day to discuss the job and provided the estimate that evening. I accepted the estimate and scheduled the job. The crew arrived at 8:30 am of the scheduled day and worked through until 6:00 PM completing the job the same day. This job was replacing rotten sections of fascia, soffit and windows trim which was all completed on the same day. I am happy with the quality of the work and his crew was very nice to work with. This company is quick to respond to any questions through the project.

Amazing! Mr. Garcia gave me a fair quote to replace my deck. He did such a great job that I hired him to do my roof. The work and all painting was top of the line. Very good communication, every time I had a question, he answered me immediately. His crew was very professional and very friendly. They cleaned up everything at the end of both jobs. I wish I had more work to do, I would hire Mr. Garcia and his crew again for sure!

Selvin was prompt and followed up quickly every time I had reached out. He evaluated the project upon quoting time and gave us a no-hassle price estimate. My husband and I picked up the paint, and when we couldn’t find/locate any trim paint in-stock at our local Sherwin-Williams stores, Selvin had no problem responding to us promptly and picking it up himself prior to the project. From quote to completion was less than a calendar week, and overall we’re very satisfied. What Selvin and his crew did in one day would have have taken us 7-10. We’re very pleased.
