Fantastic Service! They were very careful with my stuff. They handled everything with care. Very friendly, professional and so awesome.

Fox is the best price by far. However, I now understand why they are so cheap. The two men that showed up at my house were so unprofessional and rude. They were 1 hour late arriving even after calling me and telling me what time they would be there. Scott, yelled repeatedly at the other worker, Devin. It was borderline abuse. Scott also smoked cigarettes while moving my items which I was not okay with. They were also very angry about their job, the company, and their boss. They repeatedly complained and said the company treated them like slave workers. Scott also used very inappropriate language throughout the move, acted angry multiple times, and made comments about my stuff. My husband was actually scared to leave me alone with them which shows how unprofessional they were. In addition to unprofessionalism, they mentioned tipping at leave 5 times throughout the move. A tip was never mentioned when scheduling; however it was obvious they expected a tip. Again, we were scared not to tip and send them over the edge. Obviously, the company does not care at all about this behavior and is very likely aware of it. To begin with, the company forces you to provide a review on the move right there in front of the movers. The company should know that they cannot get true, accurate reviews this way...especially when customers are scared of the employees. After this situation occurred, I emailed the company to let them know what happened. They acknowledged my email which was "forwarded on" to the manager. I have never heard anything back. I would definitely NOT recommend using this company. Paying the extra money to the other companies is definitely worth the money and the feeling of safety!

I scheduled this move over the phone for the next day; the person I spoke with confirmed all my information (contact info, date/time, how many movers, etc).  We requested 2 movers instead of the recommended 3.  Within a half hour of the agreed upon start time, no one had shown up.  Turns out they had our move date scheduled incorrectly in their system.  The office offered us a 5% discount due to their error, which was fine and they apologized for their mistake,
They got us a team of 2 men to start later that day.  The guys did a good job and were professional and courteous and I would use those 2 again for sure. 
When it came time to settle our bill, we had a coupon to use for 5%.  The office told us they were already giving us 5% so we could keep the coupon.  We had to argue the point for a little while, indicating that if they had not messed up the move date/time, we would have had the 5% coupon to use anyway - so the 5% they were giving us should be on top of our coupon.  He still indicated they couldn't or wouldn't do it.  After some conversation, we were finally able to use our coupon.
I've used this company before and was very pleased, which is why I returned to them for this move.  I will most likely use them again in the future, but I will also be calling them back to confirm they have everything entered correctly in their system!

The company was hired via email for an unload of my rental truck for 8.2.12 at noon.  They did not arrive until 1:30 pm, and did NOT call, until I started leaving voicemail.  The workers were great - unloading in the 100 degree heat in less than the time allowed.  Then the HUGE problem, after I provided them the cash for the contracted amount the lead person states his office is also requiring a 13% fuel surcharge to the bill.  A fuel surcharge for what?  They came to my house from 7 miles away, and unloaded a vehicle I fueled.  There was no mention of this FSC in any email, and they were going to "Help me out" with a 7% charge when I complained.  I wound up threatening to contact the BBB, and they gave up trying to get the extra $28.

I'm a senior citizen moving from an apartment into a one room and bathroom retirement complex. The company called me and said it would be a good idea to have 3 men who would get the job done in a third of the time. So I said okay and was charged $109.00 per hour. They were punctual, and time started when they got to my apartment. One man stayed in the truck the whole time, and the other two moved items for about the first hour. Then, they had one man who stayed in my apartment doing unnecessary things, and the other man moved most of the boxes to the truck by himself. Then, when they finished loading, I gave them the new address, and they said they knew very well where that was, and they even had a smart phone with GPS. They also said they would stay behind me, so we started out, and less than a mile away from the old location they did not stay behind me. They said they got lost and PARKED at a Bi-Lo on Brainerd Road, running up the clock nearly an hour. I tried calling their office to no avail, but finally one of the men in the truck called me after he got my number from the office. I was moving to a location near Germantown Road and Brainerd Road, which they said several times they knew where that is. I had them move 11 pieces of furniture and around 20 boxes, and they charged me over $500.00! That's outrageous!! They get money for every hour that they work, and I got took! Based on the third man deal, it would have been two-thirds more? I called their office three days later, and the woman there said she would check with the warehouse and call me back. I waited five days, and she never called. I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy! It was a bad experience.,

They did a great job. I called them and set up a schedule. They showed up on time. They called several times to make sure everything was going all right. They loaded up everything carefully. They handled everything very well. This is the best experience I have ever had using movers. Their price was better than other quotes I had. The workers were very conscientious of everything.

They did an excellent job.  They were on time.  They were very efficient.  They didn't waste time while they were here.  They didn't even take a break until the job was done.  They were very careful with my furniture.

They were great.  They set up our bedroom set for us.  They did a great job. 

I had them bring 4 guys (@129.00 per hr.) because some of my things were heavy and I thought the extra guys would help. All 4 guys worked their can's all all day with only one break. They wrapped everything they thought needed it and everything got to East Ridge without damage. I read some bad reviews on line about Fox, but Austin from Fox assured me I would be happy with the movers and my move in general. I was
