"It has always been our goal to exceed our customers? expectations. We returned to the job to address their concerns and spent 3 hrs. going over the areas they pointed out and also doing a few extra things as well. After walking the site with the customer, they were satisfied and paid us for the job. Two weeks later, we received text messages stating further dissatisfaction. We again offered several times to return to the job site but only received further criticism by text and no agreement to allow us to address their new issues. Our offer still stands to return to the job site and correct any perceived issues. It is our sincere desire to make this and all our customers happy."
