Firestone is always my go-to for automotive maintenance. Matt and Will are always pleasant and helpful and they know all of our cars, and me, by name. While they are very conscientious about making manufactures recommendations, they are also willing to discuss what really needs to be done on my cars, and what I can hold off on. I love that I can keep track of all our service records on my Iphone as well.

quoted wrong tires/size and width. Did not charge extra for correct tires. Told me they were end stock. Were not, waited 2 hrs to get from store 30 miles away.

They didn't have the tires available that we were wanting, but the ones they suggested turned out to be OK. We have had brakes done here in the past and they did a good job. Our only real beef with this Firestone is that they are in a very busy location and it always seems to take twice as long to get the job completed than the initial time frame we are given.
