House Cleaning
I have used Fantasy Cleaners twice now. The first time they were on time, and their services were "okay" - especially for the reasonable price of $45. Today, I used their services again (supposed to be yesterday, but they were late, so we rescheduled for today). Today, after being over an hour and a half late, I literally feel they ran away with my money (the husband was here to dispense the money, and he didn't really know any better - if I had been here, I never would have paid for this lousy service). No floors were mopped, the vaccuum cleaner had only been ran in high traffic areas, not around any baseboards, the bathroom mirrors were completely spotted, the beds were sloppily made, and the window sills hadn't been touched. I am so disappointed with today's service that I certainly will NOT use their services in the future.
