They are very professional. They are great to do business with. I have been working with them for 5 years. The installers and the sales design people all did a great job. The foreman that was overseeing the work was kind of a pain to deal with as he was trying to rush the installers but other than that they did a great job. They have had great follow up after the service as well.

I unfortunately didn't follow my rule of not making a decision the same day and was won over by the slick sales methods of the salesman with a good personality.  Looking back, the sale was high pressure with "must make deal today to get this discounted price".  The salesman didn't leave me with the paperwork that said I could cancel within three days.  He instead had it brought to me by the installer several days later.  Very suspicious in the least. 

The product was attic insulation only, which was installed poorly on the attic rafters.  I had to make several calls to get a service person out to fix where it was falling. (Even though the salesman left me his card, he would not return my calls after the sale.)  Eventually after several service calls to the president of the company  a service person said it was installed incorrectly and they installed it on the floor.  It was a hastle dealing with the company after the sale, and I realized too late that I was drastically overcharged .

The quality of the product is probably fine, but the quality of their workmanship is very poor.

Installation smooth and satisfactorry.   Product worked as advertised.  Sales people used lot's of verbal pressure to get you to agree to purchase.Product is quite expensive even after they gave a hefty discount.

They gave us an estimate but I didn?t like them because the salesperson used very high pressure to try to sell the product. They started out with a high price, and when you didn?t accept, they kept coming down in price, and then tried to convince you that you had to sign up right away. They were okay in the beginning but the pressure increased gradually. I liked their product though. I wouldn?t use them in the future.
