Disaster Master

Did excellent work on door to crawl space and repair of hole in floor. Completed some gutter repair and advised needed additional work (We called in professional gutter installer to complete). and was SUPPOSED to have cleaned gutters. When final home inspection was done just before closing, inspector advised gutters had NOT BEEN CLEANED. I checked other work but had no way to inspect gutters without climbing on ladder. Inspector said gutters had NOT been cleaned. We were short on time to meet closing deadline so we paid an ADDITIONAL $250 to buyer at closing table for gutter cleaning. I did not have time to re-contact Disaster Master/Bucky on this since we were up against closing deadline. To be fair, I did not have time to see if they wanted to re-do work (though I don't think this should have been needed) We did close on sale of home and no longer live at this location.

Mr. Bruce was very prompt, courteous and professional. His team of workers were very pleasant, prompt and fun to talk too.
From start to finish the work was performed with attention to detail and everyone was very good about answering any questions we had during the process. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Disaster Master's services again. I plan on having Mr. Bruce give me an estimate for vinyl replacement windows in the very near future.

A great experience from start to finish! The materials were ordered and delivered to the house on Thursday. The installers arrived Friday morning and were finished by 3:30 that afternoon. The installers did a great job and were very professional. I and my son moved a large portion of our furniture although it was in the contract for the installers to move it. We did this mainly due to stereo and computer equipment that would be difficult without prior installation knowledge. The installers thanked me for removing as much as I could because it helped speed up the installation. Bucky and his crew did a wonderful job and I most defiantly would recommend them.
