Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

The only reason I give a star is because I have to. Don't believe in any sort of customer satisfaction in this place. I purchased a used car in early December, only to have it in the service center not 30 miles & 4 days later with the engine light on, and the car acting as though it would stall out. I was told it was a bad ignition coil, and, considering the proximity of time, they would fix it for free. I had purchased the Powertrain Warranty, although it apparently did not cover this. After two weeks, and one attempted pickup (when the engine light was still on), I picked it up, only to have the situation repeat itself after less than 24 hours. This time, the engine wouldn't turn over, and I was left stranded at the store. They continue to say that this is now my problem.

They just keep me updated as to when my inspection is to and what they could offer and kind of get to know that at the same time rather than spacing it out.

I was given 4 free oil changes when I bought my car. I knew I had one left, when it came to check out time they said I had no more left that they had expired. 

The oil change took all day long even after making a appointment.

My wife and I have Never experienced a more friendly and accommodating car dealership! They made our car buying experience a real Pleasurable experience! In fact we were on our way to another dealership, and remembered how well Fulton Lewis our salesman treated us and took the time to really take care of us. even though we weren't purchasing that day. Well that was just the beginning , after seeing Fulton again and ( Just Love That Man) detailing our situation to him, which I might add was pretty strange. we proceeded . Larry White the Sales Manager was ever bit as nice and accommodating as well to us! He went the extra mile to help us out! The office Manager Tara Stricklin was nice also and thoroughly took her time to explain every detail to us! Every one we met was nice and made us feel special.The credit manager was just as nice, too! We are TOTALLY SATISFIED with our purchase! We left in our new car, and felt we really made a bunch of new friends! The whole team at Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram CHATTANOOGA, should be congratulated, the BEST team I've ever seen! They are terrible. Our car is never repaired right, and is still not right. The air conditioner does not blow cold air, and it is a brand new car. We took it last week, and it is still not working. It is under warranty, and we are still going back and forth for the issue. I took it in blowing cool air, and it is still the same. We did have other issues which they did right. He fixed the wheel, and he got a new door opener, because the old one was broke.We have to continue using them, because they are the only dealer around.

I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and thought it was a quality preowned car. After purchasing it I noticed some imperfections in the paint on the right side. I contacted the dealer and asked then if they're had been any previous damage and they indicated the car fax report was clean with no damage. However, to me the car had obvious repairs before. I did some research on the vehicle and got in contact with the previous owners and it had in fact been wrecked before. The damage was considerable. I contacted the dealer and told them what I had found and they pretty much blew it off. They told me that they bought the car based on the report that CarFax says it's not been damaged. I then talked to the manager of the site and he in no way made any attempt to work with me on coming to a decision on what to do with the car. As of now I own a car that has damage and no one will pay me full price for the vehicle. Now I am stuck with a car that is not worth what I paid and I basically felt like I am on my own. I do NOT recommend buying from this dealership. They have also had several salesman that have left due to the management there and of the ones I talked to say they do not care about them either.

My experience has gone very well so far. The staff is very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The facility is clean and welcoming. I would recommend this company to others.
