Crew was fast and efficient. They were able to cut down a large tree in my back yard that was fenced in without any issues. They even cleaned limbs from our roof before leaving.

"Thank you for your kind words concerning our hard working crew. I am sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the removal of the chips after we grind the stump. There is a separate cost for that as many customers want the chips left. It often takes longer to remove the chips that it does to grind the stump, so that adds to the man hours and thus to the job price."

Tricky location wasn't an issue at all as these guys had the right equipment at the right price--showed up precisely within quoted time frame to look at project, again when services to be performed (was a half day project with no time wasted getting after the work to be done). Very mindful of large equipment on premises and in yard; crew asked to be sure trimmed branches matched what had been quoted.
Extremely satisfied and will use again (have already recommended--successfully in enabling other jobs to be done) to friends and coworkers!

"Thank you for your good report. We have invested a lot of money into our equipment in order to best serve our customers without doing damage to the yard. Cranes for lifting tree limbs away from back areas to the street where they can be chipped, truck with turf tires so not to leave ruts in the yard, chippers to clean up tree limbs so the yard will look nice, stump grinders to leave a small pile of sawdust instead of a big stump or big hole from trying to pull it out. Thank you for noticing!"

They were prompt in giving a bid on the job. They arrived when promised, did the work, cleaned up and left. They continued to ask for specifics as they worked. We have used them before and will again if needed.

Three young guys showed up with a convoy of equipment, a crane, chipper and a stump grinder.
They were obviously experienced and each knew his role. All the trees were lifted
from their locations as they were cut, swung straight to the chipper and then the stumps
were eliminated.
They cleaned everything up and were gone in about 4 hours or less.
No drama, just pleasant and competent.
I called them originally to take out 5 trees but added 2 more after they were here.
If I need more tree work, and I probably will, I will call them again.

These young men were very impressive. They used a huge crane to remove the tops of the trees and dead branches and never hit a wire as they took it over the top of my house to the street where they ground it up. They removed all the debris and cleaned everything up.
I hope I never need them again but would definitely call them if I did.

They were consultative during the estimate, offering advice on needs and potential services, and most of all, they were ON TIME during both the estimate and the job. Excellent. Arrived on time to do the quote and the work It was not a wide open area, so access to the trees was difficult. Everything went perfectly. Three dead trees were cleared. There was no damage to the sprinkler system or the grass and everything was left clean.

We have had other tree service companies that have cut down trees for us in the past but will never use anyone but Chattanooga Tree Service in the future. The quality of service from the first point of contact with Cheryl in their office all the way to the guys who performed the work was exceptional. They kept us informed when work had to be delayed due to inclimate weather and when they came out to do the work, they were extremely punctual. The guys were courteous, professional and each one of them knew exactly what their responsibility was. They took great care to ensure that our lawn wasn't damaged by the crane they had to drive into the yard and unlike many companies, when Chattanooga Tree says they will clean up before they leave, they mean it. We highly recommend this company.

Four men came out at the requested time 8:30 am. I took pictures at each stage of their performance. I started looking at my soaps and forgot to take the last pictures and before I knew it they were preparing the truck for the removal of the tree. At 1:30 they were disolving the stump and by 2:00 pm the job was finished and with the cleanup. The only negative thing was i did not get an invoice nor did they take the discount for the Angie's list 5% off the first 600 dollars. I forget and so did they. I would use them again.

Chattanooga tree service showed up when they said they would with the proper equipment, a high ranger bucket truck, a crane and an awsome chipper.
They were very professional, polite and cleaned up every thing before they left.
