My 2012 Avalon came with "free" oil changes for the first 50k miles.  My wife drives this car most of the time and she took it in for the work. The oil change went fine, just slow to get completed.  However, the service managers were not very friendly and were condescending to her, while they appeared to not be that way with the other "male" customers.  My wife felt she was not treated equally because she was a woman.
