I have used C&S Maintenance Services on several occasions for outdoor maintenance work at an old house in East Ridge, TN which my father inherited and which we were trying to fix up in order to sell. They have always been reliable, professional and quick to respond and their prices have been very reasonable. The workers always showed up on time, gave a written estimate of the cost of the work they were going to do, and never left the job until they confirmed with me that I was satisfied with the work. They were willing to do even difficult and dirty jobs like cleaning junk out of an old basement or removing poison ivy from a tree. Overall I would recommend them for just about any outdoor maintenance jobs.
