She kept constant contact with me. She got to know me and my needs so well, that it became personal which helped create what I really needed and wanted.

all went according to schedule, i was very pleased with her work. I  have actually recommended her services to a few of my contacts, and business partners. A 1 service.

I left a message when I called; the call was returned 2 days later. I still rated the response excellent because there had been a family emergency (which was explained) and Meg apologized profusely. Every call I made to her thereafter, and every email I sent was answered promptly.
I had an idea for a business card in mind to correspond with an image on our web site. Meg did excellent work but I realized the design just didn't work for me. Meg questioned me very thoroughly about what I was trying to convey, including what my business (TrueReikiCIncinnati) was all about. Meg has the patience of a saint. She submitted several designs; one of them caught my interest. She literally spent days refining the design to satisfy me. She made many phone calls and was always very patient when I wanted to change something, and I made countless changes. She even went so far as to find a coupon to reduce the cost and placed the order for the cards for me.  They were extraordinarily awesome! The design is wonderful and the colors popped. She somehow even managed to have the text raised on the front of the card and the back of the card was much more than I imagined it coule be. I have had a couple of questons since then and Meg always responds ASAP.
