My father is a Certified Mechanic but he lives 75 miles away, so when my '90 Honda Civic kept overheating, I was not sure where to take my car. I bought antifreeze at O'Reilly's, and asked if they knew anyone that would do a pressure test on my coolant system for free. They recommended Brothers. I was amazed at the amount of respect the technician treated me with, as I am a woman (most mechanics assume I have no idea what they are talking about) and walked me through exactly what he was doing. It turned out to be my water pump, and we had to replace the timing belt with it. That job by itself was not that expensive. They were so thorough and professional, I decided to spend the money to have them do my clutch as well. Now, if you have never had a clutch go out, let me tell you it is a entire day's work...aka, it is expensive. They did an AWESOME job. In my personal experience, they only charged me the actual labor hours required to do the work, not the "book" cost...which is rare with mechanics. IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF CAR CARE, THESE ARE THE MOST HONEST MECHANICS I HAVE FOUND IN THE CHATTANOOGA AREA!!!!!!!!
