Well, they granted me coverage for $390 a month and big copays and excluded coverage for a year for what they considered a pre-existing condition for a year, even though I hadn't any issues since 2005. After a year, they granted me full coverage, like they said without me having to remind them. They have lots of different plans and I am happy with the plan I am on. I have only used it for a well-care checkup and they covered some medication for me. IT is great peace of mind to know that I have coverage.
I gave them a B because of the pre-existing issue. I am sure any other insurance company would have done the same thing. Since they had been covering me and they had not had any issues I expected them to continue covering
They sanitize the HCPS codes out of your EOB forms so they're a complete waste of paper. Forget about trying to comparison shop for services between in-network providers. By the time you factor in the deductible, their DME coverage is a sick joke.
