Highly recommended! We received an awesome product at an awesome price from an awesome company. I called several of the "leadering" or "big name" companies in window coverings in the Chattanooga area trying to get someone to come out and give us an estimate; however, it seemed like if you were not willing or able to schedule an appointment with them before 4:30 PM (which both my wife and I work) then they would not be able to accommodate unless you took a day off of work. So on a whim I called the Blind Express and let me tell you how fortuitous it was for us. Jackie was more than willing to work with us in figuring out a good time for all involved to meet. Keith came and measured all our windows and made suggestions (when asked) to help us pick out the perfect plantation shutters for our home. We received our quote the day after and signed the contract to have the work down. A couple of weeks later they came and completed the installation in a few short hours and let me tell you we could not be happier with the results as we finally feel like our home is complete. Thank you again for not only being a great company but great people!

They did great. Done in a timely manner. They did exactly what they said they would do. But what they did after they were finished was the most professional thing I have seen in any business. After they were done my wife and I were not totally satisfied with what we thought were black out blinds. Our master bedroom was not exactly what we wanted in as far as being totally blacked out. We take full responsibility of misunderstanding what was told to us and felt bad when we told them that it was not exactly what we thought it would be. Without hesitation Blind Express came back out uninstalled the black out blinds that were in our room and re-installed them in a completely other room, re installed our old ones back in our room, and then refunded back us half our money. They went way beyond what anyone should have done. They said that their main goal was total customer satisfaction and that's exactly what they did. Incredible company and would highly recommend to anyone wanting blinds or shades for their home. Again thank you very much Blind Express for what you did.

A very professional and pleasant experience. Prompt on answering questions I had. He had the shades installed quickly. They look great. I am very happy. Would call 30 minutes before predetermined arrival time for measuring and installing.

They were from out of town, but came to my local to help me find blinds for my hard to fill windows, then returned two other times for installation. Plus one time to complete skylights. custom blinds are expensive but they worked with me to find reasonable options.

They installed blinds in our master bedroom and home office including skylights. They came to our house measured the windows and consulted with us on which blinds would work best in our space. Once we decided, it took a week or two to get the blinds in and then they scheduled the install. On the installation day, they were on time and worked fast. I would highly recommend them and will probably order more blinds in the future.
