Toby and his associate did excellent job in finding leak and putting in new line from meter to house. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Shower was fixed for less then estimated. They were very responsive to phone calls. Arrived late, but did a good job.

We've used Best Plumbing for more than 10 years. They are always punctual and reliable with solid estiamtes and service. The only time we had a problem with work that they had done they came right out and fixed the situation at no charge to us. I would recomend them to anyone needing a plumber in this area.
This particular instance they repaired a toilet and an outdoor faucet, both of which were leaking. They were prompt, timely, and the work was great. Very neat, no tracking of dirt into the house, no problems at all.

OK. I had to eat crow because I had done some of the previous work myself.

I disliked that they didn't test the shower unit adequately so I had to have them come back to fix it. Other than that they were fine. They were great to work with. I suspect they were a little expensive but I don't have quantitative numbers right in front of me.

He was great. It is hard for single women to find trustworthy maintenance people. He talked to me step by step and really cut me a break. He was honest and very prompt. And, if I called with my questions, they return them immediately.

They charged way too much and I'm not going to use them anymore. The workmanship was okay.

I have always been very happy with Best Plumbing and wouldn't use anyone else. They are professional, honest and reasonably priced. Why go anywhere else!!

We constructed a new kitchen and master bathroom. The work was reasonably priced and the quality good. When we had a problem, they sent a plumber right over and within 10 minutes the shop manager had driven over from their offices to make sure we were taken care of. They've done excellent work for us.

They quoted $4500 for the job and ended up charging me over $7000. They reduced the price to $6000, but I was not happy with the quality of the work. The supply lines leaked in two places, the drain lines had an uncapped line, in one place the supply line was routed around the stud instead of through it. I ended up redoing all of the supply lines because they had been routed through my unsealed crawl space where they would be inaccessible after the construction was finished, and the plastic joints seemed susceptible to freezing since we are insulating the crawl space above where they had installed the lines. The plumber left an unacceptably large mess when he left, with cigarette packs and trash left throughout my home.

When I tried to call to resolve some of these issues, it took a long time to get a response and accurately communicate my problems, two of which are still outstanding.

Had Best completed the work at the originally quoted price, they still would not have been the least expensive option. As it stands, hiring them has been the single largest regret that I've had in remodeling my home, and I cannot recommend there business.
