Bean Heating & A/C

The technician has been here several times so he knows our system. He is very knowledgeable.

They were very responsive they came and did what they say they were going to do, I didn't have to chase them so I think they've got their stuff together. They take pride in their work and they have great customer service.

They were outstanding.  We were very upset about the damage but felt good about Bean's assessment, plan and execution.  We were concerned about cost and felt what they charged was very fair.

I was moving to a new home from out of state, so I did not meet this provider personally. My father met him at the time of service, and I spoke with him on the phone. All contact was concise, professional, and pleasant. My understanding is that he arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and the gas line seems to be servicing the dryer just fine. Bean is one of a few HVAC companies in the area who are certified by Chattanooga Gas to do this type of work, and I would use them again without hesitation. We had another HVAC company in mind for HVAC work because the owner lives near us and has worked on this house before, but we plan to get a quote from Bean for future HVAC needs because our experience with them doing the gas line was so positive.

Workers were on time and went right to work. Installation went as expected and cost were within the estimate. They were neat and left everything as found. They took time to answer our questions and made energy saving recommendations. We would definitely use again.

Cory, the tech from Bean arrived on time and acted in a very professional manner. He diagnosed the problem in a timely, efficient manner and was able to communicate the problem to me in layman s terms. The problem required Cory to and quot;red tagand quot; the burner due to a failed heat exchanger. Because of the home owners warranty we currently have we were not able to use Bean for the repair, but because of the friendly, caring, and professional manner in which Cory conducted himself and represented Bean Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc will always get the first call for our HVAC needs!

At 8:45 PM on Saturday evening I noticed my main floor air conditioning unit was not cooling. I called Bean Heating and Air Conditioning and left a voice mail for Cody. I explained that I did not expect a return call that evening, but would appreciate a call the next day to discuss when he could come out for a service call. He called Sunday morning of the Labor Day weekend, and stated that he would be there within a half hour. He was, and diagnosed the problem as a bad start capacitor on the condenser fan motor. He had the part on his truck, made the repair, and had my unit cooling within an hour. Overall the experience was excellent.

The job went well. They arrived on time and completed the work with attention to detail.

Original system was 16 years old and had given alot of trouble in the last year. Called Bean, they came round the next day and confirmed that system replacement was the only sensible thing and gave me an estimate. They started work on it the next day. Took a bit longer than originally estimated (1.5 days vs 1 day) but they turned up on time and did a good job. Will probably use them again when the upstairs unit needs replacing.

Showed me the damaged heat exchanger. Performed the work the next day after getting the contract at exactly the time that they promised. Cleaned up everything and left the house looking just like they found it.

They come in the fall and spring and check the heating and air-conditioning unit. We like them because we have used them ever since we have been here. We had a problem with our air-conditioner one really hot summer day and we picked the number out of the phone book because we were new in the area. They came right and took care of it, so we have used them ever since and that was 10 years ago.

They were quite a bit cheaper than the other companies. They were professional. I had used another company recently and called Bean because I had heard a recommendation from someone else. We will use Bean the next time we need help.

They have been very good. They showed up on time and did a good job. We spent $70 for the checkup. We will use this company again in the future.
