Eric L. And Tyler W. were on time, friendly and knowledgeable when they arrived to do my bathroom. I live in an older home, and they kept me informed anytime they had to pivot on the project. They stayed longer to make sure they got the job done right, and were helpful when telling me how to care for my new tub and shower. I even got a reminder call about my installation the day before which was very helpful! Thankful for their work and would highly recommend!

They showed up got it done in said time...but since it was installed I have nothing but issues with the them. trying to get them back to fix places were it has come undone is like pulling teeth and they want act like it is something that needs attention..they promised to do what most reputable companies would do to stay in business but don't care are don't want to fix it.

The initial consultation with Joe Hamby was very pleasant. Took a little over 3 weeks for work to begin. The Bath Fitter team arrived on time and went to work right away. Shower installation went very smoothly from our perspective. They removed the old tile surrounding the bathtub and did a better job than I did on the remaining walls. The crew was very professional and efficient. They were very careful about cleaning up after themselves - any dust and debris that was left was minimal. I went into the crawlspace to check for any leaks after the initial installation and after 10 days - none found. Overall, the experience was positive. We were very pleased with our decision to use Bath Fitter of Chattanooga.

They were very professional, in and out quickly, and I felt like I could trust their opinions.

They were absolutely wonderful. Several neighbors recommended them so I went ahead and used them and they were great. When I called them to come out to give me an estimate, they were here the next day, the guy was wonderful, he was very nice and he answered all my questions. He told me it would probably be three weeks for them to do it but within seven or eight days, they called and said they would be able to finish it and would be able install it whenever we were ready and they came the next day. I was very pleased with the price. I am already considering them for another bathroom.

They are really good and honest. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They were prompt, courteous and prompt. I thought they were a little pricey, but they guarantee forever. We know several people who have used them and they had problems. They took care of the problem without asking any questions.

The salesman who came to our house was very professional and down to earth. Instead of trying to sell us the product, he actually asked us questions to see what we wanted. He was very candid and and talked about his product instead of trying to bash competitors like another company we spoke with about our bathroom beforehand. He was forthcoming about what he could and could not do and it was because of his honesty that we chose to do business with Bath Fitter. The gentleman who came out to remodel our bathroom a couple of weeks later was fantastic as well! He completed it in less than a day and both my wife and I were blown away by the beauty of our new bathroom. We are very pleased with our finished bathroom and would recommend this experience to anyone looking to update or change out their bathroom.

The installer was neat and tidy. He cleaned the place, before he left and did a great job. They were a little expensive and they installed something which was easy to handle. I liked his services and will use the same in future.
