They were out there the next day.

I was given a strong recommendation to use this service be a friend who is a general contractor. He was right on. Tony Allen came over shortly after I contacted him. He got on the roof and inspected it. In the process he found sever spots that were in bad condition and patched them so as to avoid leakage. He did not ask for any pay to do this work and knew I was getting other bids. A day or so later we had several days of hard rain and has he not been so kind as to do the patching we would have had some real problems.

When the crew did come, they were very polite and responsive. The team work they showed was remarkable. Each one of them responded to any question or request we made. For example we offered to allow them to use our rest room and they refused on the ground that they did not want to bring any dust or dirt into the house.

A few months later the new owner of the house next door noted that she had roof problems and we recommended this company to her. There response was immediate and the next day they were on her roof. She was also most satisfied with their work.

The screened porch was done about a month before the deck due to work being done on the roof. The crew was very responsive to every questions and request that I had. They showed up when expected, worked professionally and cleaned up thoroughly when finished.

The deck work on the railings and deck were performed in much the same manner. No problems of any kind. The only reason for the 4 on quality is that the white paint on the top rails has turned into a yellow tint some 6 or so months later. I plan on calling them back about this and am satisfied that they will correct the matter.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. I will use Associated Roofing Service again.

Great work! I have had the opportunity to use Assoc. Roofing (Tony Allen) several times over the years. Some roof work was quite simple and other jobs required special skills to get it right. Tony is always friendly, and ON TIME. Also- if there is ANY problem after the job is done, he or a member of his crew responds almost immediately! His crew is always mindful of not leaving a mess or unwanted NAILS in the drive way! I trust TONY so much that I did not go to the trouble of checking around with other roofers. I did ask friends what they had paid recently for roof work and I believe his prices are in line with the competition...not the cheapest.nor the most expensive.

Arrived on time. Finished in two days. Cleaned up very well. Crew friendly and responsive to my questions.

The company was responsive- came out and gave me a written estimate- set a date for the work to me done- came on time to start the work. They were extremely careful and clean-up after each day. They fulfilled their contract and it was a job well done.
