Very well. We have been going there for over thirty years. They are always very prompt. You arrive for your appointment and get seen quite quickly. Very caring job and make the pets comfortable. They are all competent and care about the animals.

We had to board our dog Sky when we made a trip out of town for @ 3 days. The technician that was there made a very hard pitch to sell me some monthly meds priced at about $30.00 dollars a month. I said no thank you and they again attempted to apply the fear tactic and tell me that my Dog may die without that med. Sky was behind on his Rabi shot so I had them give him the Rabi shot. When I went to pick him up, they again tried to hard sell me some treatment that was going to cost about $30.00 a
month. I told them no thank you. Some time before I pick him up, somewhere between dropping him off at the hospital and picking him up, they had given him some kind of drug. Now they did tell me when I dropped him off they would give him something before he goes home. What the failed to tell me that this would drug him to the point that I had to check him several
times to see if he was still alive. These people do not need to be in the care business.

They are really great. It costed me fifty-nine dollars for the appointment only. I like the sympathy and the caring, it was as if it was a human being and I was so very impressed.

I have not used Ashland Terrace Animal Hospital in several year due to moving to Cleveland. I will say that their practice of veterinary medicine is the criteria that I judged my vet by when looking for a new doctor. If it was not so far I would still take my animals there. They were always professional and caring.

In October I brought my 8 week old Golden Retriever puppy into the vet for his wellness exam. Both Dr. Woods and the staff were excellent. Subsequently returned for the rest of his vaccinations, wonderful Vet.

Although I had never used this practice before, we were able to be seen the same day I called due to my cat having a pressing health issue. We had to wait approx 45 min in the waiting room, past our appointment time. I ended up leaving the cat to be observed for several hours. Some of the treatment included: Senior blood work, an antibiotic shot, water bolus, ultrasound. Before picking up my cat, the vet called to give me a report. The next morning the vet called again, checking how the cat did overnight, plus with recommendations for several expensive tests to rule out possible maladies. Not sure if that is really warranted at this time, so I have decided to wait and see. I truly appreciated the fast appointment and followup calls. I'm not sure I will use this vet again as I felt like further testing was being pushed.

Had appointment. Took us right in. Usual gentle treatment of our dog. Thorough, caring and professional. I find that having appointments rather than dropping in is best. I always call ahead when picking up refills for meds or special food so they are ready when I get there. Otherwise, it may take a few minutes longer.

I really like everything about their service. They are very skilled and the vets have extensive knowledge.

We have had good results with them. I wasn't thrilled with them this time. We're thinking about switching vets, to be honest.
