They are on time. They show up when they say they are going to be there. They come out between sprays if you have any issues. Its a part of the quarterly charge.

They come once a month. I have used them for the last 6 months once a month. Each month it is about $60.00. They do baits for rodent control around the house and outside.

It went good, friendly staff, professional, knowledgeable.

Everything went well.  The inspector was on time and very, very thorough. A full report was provided to our lender and to us as well.

A couple of weeks later a gentlemen, John ____ Jr. I can not remember or read his last name. The only hitch what so ever was that we had not received a call that he would be coming that day. He acted as if someone was suppose to call us and that was what Frank had told us in the beginning, but we were here so no problem.
John took my husband and went over everything that he was going to do and where he would be putting the traps. My husband was VERY pleased and that's saying a lot for my husband. John explained everything and even had to move a couple of traps that didn't go down quite far enough.
John took his time and took into consideration that my husband is very particular about his lawn.
It was a very good experience overall. I took their information off of Angies List and then called my neighbor and come to find out they use Arrow as well. So both of these made me decide to go with them and from what I had seen on Angies List, they were the most reasonable price, highly rated and in my area.
I am well pleased.
A really cool thing I would like to bring up is that when I mentioned that my neighbor had recommended them as well as good reviews on Angies List, they sent my neighbor a $25 Gift Card. I thought that was really a good Customer Service Experience for my neighbor as well.

I knew I had an ant problem after having replacement windows installed.

They are good and we will use them again.

Closed in June. Fine I assumed until the following spring when I turned over a rock and found termites.  Called and was told to pour boiling water on them.  Someone else came months later to collect traps and said young guy at company should have handled it differently and that he was going to speak to management about it.  I never heard from anyone again.  I could not renew the contract for 2 reasons: 1) I lost confidence in the company after no one came out the first year, only when it was time for renewal did they 'check' the traps.  2) I had a bobcat coming in and did not know exactly where the traps would end up being place. 3) Called back again and no notes of anything in my records.  Was told the only notes indicated they could not track down new owners.  Right.   Decided to go with a different company after my experience.

We had a little hiccup with Arrow Exterminators Chattanooga - 1937622 . They were great as far as professionalism and punctuality is concerned. They told me the cost of the inspection and extermination would be rolled into the closing of the house and they didn't get it in there and now they are saying that I am delinquent on paying bills and I didn't even live here to pay the bills but on the other hand, after I explained that to them, they are working with me on a payment plan.

Kelly Beasley has been our technician since we bought our house. He always calls ahead of time, shows up on time, and completes he task in a timely fashion. We live near the woods in a relatively large home with a toddler, so it is very important for us that we get rid of or prevent any pests from moving in with us.

They always show up when they say they are going to. If anything, he's a little bit earlier. If I have any kind of pests, he is very willing to come out and help me with it. He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t really have any pest issues.

We have have had a service contract with Arrow for over a year now.  It was originally purchased when we bought our house by the former owner.  We have termite traps throughout our yard, front and back.  When this contract ended we had another exterminating company come out to bid as well.With this visit, we found several "active" areas with termites close to the house.  Obviously, the system "ARROW"  installed does NOT work.Now, we are forced to replace damaged sites and find an exterminator that does work.........WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I have had no complaints. I would continue to use them.

They always do what they say they are going to do. We have always appreciated them, we don’t really have any complaints at all, and we think they are a good company. They charge $75 quarterly for the spraying, and $200 for the termite treatment which they do once a year. We did use another company for pest control, and we were not happy with them. We were ready to sell our house, and the inspectors for the sale of the house found termites in one of the main beams of our house. The pest control company hadn’t done the termite inspections regularly, and they hadn’t told us that there was a problem. We were not happy with them, and we never used them again. With Arrow, everything has been on time. We always have the same person doing the spraying every time, and he has become our friend, we really like him. They are very responsive, and they are always here when they say they are going to be.

They come every three months. The fellow that comes out is very helpful and will come back if we see any bugs.

They are always willing to come based upon our schedule rather than their schedule. The service works. We don’t get bugs.

They are pretty good and knowledgable. If you have a problem they will come out for free. They will re treat or put down something else to take care of the additional issues.

We pay an annual fee for their service.  They are always there.  Generally the guy is very cordial and on time.  When he says he would be there at 9 o’clock, he would be there at 9 o’clock.

They are respectful of my home and property, and they answer questions.  They will check under my house when I ask them to. I will continue to use them in the future. 

They charge $48 per service.  Their price is very reasonable.  I am pretty satisfied with them.  They are very good.  It is the same guy I have had.  He comes often.  He is honest.  He has become a friend.  He is very trustworthy.  He always ensures that things are taken care of.
